The project required identifying security gaps and weaknesses in VPBank’s infrastructure, networks, servers, and software systems, followed by implementing comprehensive solutions to achieve compliance. Refactoring the bank’s traditional software platform and hardening the OS of mission-critical systems to meet security standards was a complex and high-risk task. We carried out extensive upgrades and security hardening on software systems, routers, network devices, and operating systems—not only for systems within the PCI DSS scope but also for other critical systems requiring enhanced security.
